They are heading to Texas!

Girl Meets World, a spin-off on the classic Boy Meets World series, is about to experience a change of scenery for a special three-night event.

The Disney Channel comedy follows the lives of Riley Matthews (Rowan Blanchard), daughter of Cory (Ben Savage) and Topanga Matthews (Danielle Fishel), and her friend Maya Hart (Sabrina Carpenter) as they go to John Quincy Adams Middle School in New York City. "Taking on the world" with Riley and Maya, include loyal brainiac Farkle Minkus (Corey Fogelmanis) and a kind athlete named Lucas Friar (Peyton Meyer).

From the series' start in June 2014, the four friends have been inseparable. Yet, could a love triangle between Riley, Maya, and Lucas break them apart?

In the more recent episodes, fans can see an intimate relationship forming between Maya and Lucas through how they interact with each other, such as when the latter was angered about the school board trying to inhibit Maya's artistic ability through a shutdown of the program during "Girl Meets Creativity.

"But, how would a romance between Maya and Lucas break up the group?"

Since Lucas was introduced in the pilot episode, Riley has had a very deep attraction for the Texan. Nevertheless, their connection has taken a bit of a hit since another boy asked Riley to the school dance ("Girl Meets Semi-Formal") despite Lucas believing they had an "unofficial thing" going.

In the trailer for the trilogy of episodes, one immediately picks-up on a few things. For one, the friends and Zay (Amir Mitchell-Townes), Lucas' best friend from Texas, are heading to the deep South for Lucas to gear up and ride a bull named "Tombstone." Also, fans learn that Lucas did not want to ride the bull as either Maya or Riley (hard to depict from the minute clip) surprisingly signed him up. Additionally, the nation discovers Lucas takes a hard fall and appears to be knocked unconscious during the bull ride. Finally, the trailer ends with a note being handed to Riley as Maya explains something had happened between her and Lucas.

Is the suspense killing you as much as this journalist? If so, make sure to tune into Disney Channel at 8:30 PM EST on October 18 for part one of the three-day, three episode event.
