It’s draft day for our fantasy football meatheads!

Andre, the winner of the league last season, chooses the theme of the draft, opting to make it an 1890’s gilded age theme with dining included. The group is absolutely agitated by Andre’s selection of the draft theme. However, they have no choice but to show up.

Before draft day, Ruxin, Sophia, Jenny, and Kevin have a formal couple’s dinner with Andre and Meegan behind Pete’s back, who is still furious with Andre for dating his ex-wife. After the dinner, Pete surprises Jenny and Kevin at their house, confronting them about their whereabouts. Pete reveals to the couple that he knows about their discrete dinner with Andre and Meegan and is extremely angry with them.

Meanwhile, Andre invites the group to the draft and suggests a plus-one for all the invitees. Ruxin is bothered that he has to take Sophia to the draft and has to teach her everything about fantasy football. Sophia also informs Ruxin that they may be late to the draft, much to Ruxin’s dismay.

Fortunately for Ruxin (yes, fortunately), his father-in-law suffers a stroke, and Sophia has to fly out to visit her parents, leaving Ruxin to go to the draft alone which makes him incredibly happy.

Elsewhere, Taco has come up with a new idea for Taco Corps.; he calls it Napkin Gloves, a glove that serves as a napkin and comes in multiple colors.

Andre’s draft of innocence begins at the diner, but the league loses its eighth player, Chuck, due to health issues right before the draft. Furthermore, the draft is designed as an auction where each team gets fantasy money to use on players. But since Andre is so caught up in auctioning the players, he forgets to select players for his own team.

Towards the end of the draft, Pete unleashes an embarrassing photo of Andre sticking his hand in a toilet and is auctioning off the image to the rest of the group.

Out of anger, Andre smacks Pete in the face with his bidding paddle, and then challenges Pete to a duel outside of the restaurant. Pete refuses the duel, but as the group is walking out, they are confronted by a handful of Asian chefs who attack them because earlier Rafi, who was Pete's plus-one to the draft in order to irritate Andre, tried auctioning off one of their cooks.

Shockingly, Andre comes to the groups’ defense and takes down all of the chefs with his cane. Relieved that their lives have been saved by Andre, the group encourages his brave act, leaving a sour look on Pete’s face to close out the episode.

---------------

There were many laughs involved in this episode. The draft was hilarious due to Taco and Rafi’s sheer presence and foolish remarks, and the group’s teasing of Andre throughout the episode was even more pleasing.

The League returns next week with an all new episode. Let the fantasy football league begin!
