Full Spoilers Follow:

The Monarch Douglas Bank, an international bank used by the elites of our society. It is also the preferred bank used by terrorists, warlords, and the criminal elites. This particular branch in Warsaw, Poland was hit. On the surface, the thieves did not leave with anything, but in reality they left with everything. A woman with hyperthymesia, the ability to posses extremely detailed autobiographical memory. In other words, a walking and living human hard drive.

Liz and Ressler were sent to investigate and bring this woman with photographic memory back States side. It wasn't surprising that an FBI agent was dirty and working for the bank, along with he entire Polish police force.

Sama Navabi, the Assad agent that captured Reddington on the previous episode was sent to rescue Liz and Ressler. If not for her, Liz, Ressler, and the witness (woman with photographic memory) would have been dead. Red has constructed and orchestrated this whole plan of bank robbery so that Red can obtain the information that he needed from the witness.

The meeting of titans has come. Red calls Berlin for a meeting. Both are sinister in there own ways, both well connected in the criminal underworld, both passionate. It's not a matter of who came out on top or had the upper hand after the meeting. What we get from the meeting is that there is more, another layer of evil that is manipulating both of them to take each other out.

At the end, Red confronts Liz about who her source was. How Liz came to the conclusion that Berlin's assets were held in that bank. Although Red seems to be well connected and well informed. But not knowing who Liz's source is not like Red. One theory would be, Tom Keen. Tom Keen's body was not found at the end of season 1. Could he be the one providing Liz with information as an anonymous source? We'll find out as the season progresses.
